SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Shipping delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    •    Postal carrier delays
    •    Weather conditions
    •    Customs processing
    •    Incorrect address entry

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once tracking confirms a package is delivered, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately at zbrazyinfo@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to file a claim when applicable.

 INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
    • Customer is responsible for reshipping fees
    • Refunds are not guaranteed

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
