REFUND POLICY

By placing an order with zbr.zy, you agree to the following Refund Policy.

1. ALL SALES POLICY

All purchases made through our website are subject to this Refund Policy. Refunds, exchanges, or store credit are not guaranteed and will only be approved if the request meets the requirements listed below.

We reserve the right to deny any request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or outside the terms of this policy.

2. REFUND REQUEST WINDOW (7 DAYS)

Refund or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.

To request a refund, please email us at zbrazyinfo@gmail.com and include:
    •    Order number
    •    Full name
    •    Reason for request
    •    Photos (if applicable)

3. RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition. Items must be:
    •    Unworn, unused, and unwashed
    •    Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, makeup, and damage
    •    In original packaging (if applicable)
    •    With original tags attached (if applicable)
    •    Not altered or modified in any way

All returns are inspected upon arrival. If the item does not meet these conditions, the return will be denied and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

4. FINAL SALE ITEMS (NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS)

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstance:
    •    Socks (Final Sale for hygiene reasons)
    •    Sale or discounted items
    •    Limited drops / limited release items
    •    Custom or made-to-order items
    •    Gift cards
    •    Items marked “Final Sale”

No exceptions will be made.

5. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes:
    •    Original shipping fees
    •    Expedited shipping fees
    •    International shipping fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is approved due to an error on our end.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must email zbrazyinfo@gmail.com with:
    •    Order number
    •    Clear photos of the damaged item
    •    Clear photos of the packaging
    •    Description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on stock availability.

Damage caused by wear, improper care, washing, or customer handling is not considered a defect.

8. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED / MISSING ITEM

If you received the wrong item or your order is missing an item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:
    •    Order number
    •    Photos of the items received
    •    Description of the issue

If confirmed, we will correct the issue by issuing a replacement shipment or a refund.
